Hello. Where better to buy property in EU? I think Turkey or Spain? But do not know any good real estates companies. Which services do you follow for search offers of properties? I am currently stay in London

Recently I got my visa to Spain. I found work and will to that country for living. Btw, also do not forget about golden rule If you invest €500,000 in property, you will not only get a visa to live and work in Spain but also bring your dependent family with you. Very convy. But I have already found few property offers property for sale in costa blanca for oneself and choose one of them.

Thanks Spain is better choice for me, because I can speak Spanish well. Also newly built house or apartment is a priori easier to rent or resell. Modern and comfortable, the future buyers see it as a risk-free investment and the tenants are more inclined to rent.
